External Photographer Fee: What You Need to Know

^{For guests who wish to work with an external photographer, the hotel requires a vendor fee. In 2025, this fee is approximately $1,000–$1,200 USD, though this price can change as the hotel updates its policies. This fee allows me to accompany you throughout the property and use its incredible locations for your session.}

^{Given the resort’s size and the distance between its most photogenic spots, a longer session is highly recommended if you want to take advantage of multiple backgrounds. A shorter session will naturally be limited to fewer locations.}

Comfort & Footwear: The Key to a Perfect Session

^{While many photos will be taken barefoot, you’ll still be walking between locations. I highly recommend you bring easy-to-wear sandals that you can slip on and off quickly. How Your Proof Gallery Works
