Photography Pricing

*Neutral/pastel colors are great options

*Please avoid wearing neon colors and funky patterns.

*If you are thinking of wearing white or beige please mix it with any beach color palette.

^{After the photo session, you will receive an online gallery active for 24 hours to view the best photos fully edited, low resolution with watermarks only for selection purposes.}

^{The following step is to select your 20 favorite photos.}

^{Once the selection is confirmed, you will receive the high-resolution photos without the logo and I will provide a download pin to save them on any device.}

An additional digital photograph is 25 USD

EVENT ACCESS

^{The client is responsible for all access fees (day passes, vendor fees, the room stays, etc.) to allow JORGE RODRIGUEZ PHOTOGRAPHY unrestricted access to all locations on the day of the event to perform photographic duties agreed to here within. The client understands that hotels and resorts may have exclusivity clauses that prohibit outside photographers. The client agrees to make any arrangements for resort access, including, but not limited to, hotel reservations (as needed) or day passes as required to provide authorization for Photographer(s) to perform photographic duties.}

Please note:

^{If you would like to capture memories on your resort property, we kindly request that you contact your resort to see if this will be permitted with no fee. We find they give much more favourable answers to their own clients than to other companies.}

^{*Turnaround time of the images takes 4 weeks or sooner, depending on the current workload, the high season may delay final turnaround times by 8 weeks.}

To save the date:

^{* A 300 USD non-refundable payment on the booking date through}^{Zelle Pay,}^{Wire transfer + 15 USD, Bank of America direct deposit.}

* If the payment is not received within 24 hours of signing the contract, the booking will automatically cancel.

^{* Once the gallery is online, the client must make the purchase in the following 24 - 48 hours. If the client adds more photos to their package, must pay the final invoice through Zelle Pay, wire transfer + 15 USD fee, and Bank of America direct deposit.}

^{*If the purchase is not complete during the 24 - 48 hours, the client hereby agrees to cover a 10 USD payment fee per day to keep the whole gallery online until the selection is confirmed. To avoid the fee, we will coordinate when is the best time to make your photo selection.}
